Beginning at Noon, the Caruthersville branch will be drive-thru only due to weather conditions.  Drive-thru will close at 2 PM. However, you may still use our ITM for transactions until 5 PM.  We will continue to update as conditions change.

All Missouri branches will be opening normal hours tomorrow. All Arkansas branches will be delayed 1 hour opening at 9 AM. Please use caution in driveways and on sidewalks.

Jonesboro, Arkansas Hilltop Branch Closing:

Effective end of business on February 2, 2024, FOCUS Bank will be permanently closing the Hilltop location, 3313 E Johnson Ave. Jonesboro, AR and removing the on-site ITM.  All customers may use our 2 other branches and ITM/ATMs located at 2525 Red Wolf Blvd, Jonesboro, AR and 406 Southwest Drive, Jonesboro, AR.  As always, our digital banking and mobile services are accessible 24/7.  Thank you for your business, and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Statement Cycle Changes

You may receive your statement now on a different date than before.

Recently, FOCUS Bank consolidated and modified the statement cycle dates. All cycles will now cut & process each Wednesday of the month. Please note, the month end statement cycles will remain the same.

What does this mean for you?

Most likely, your statement cycle date will change by a day or two from what you are accustomed to. If you do not receive your statement via mail or the electronic email notice within 1 -2 business days of your previous cycle date, please contact our customer service center at 800-464-3150 or visit your local branch.

How will this change affect your interest bearing accounts?

Due to the change in number of days in a statement cycle, your interest bearing account may reflect less or more interest than in previous cycles. However, the change will NOT affect the total amount of interest paid to the account. You may earn a little more this cycle, and a little less next cycle, but it will be the same amount as if we had not made these changes.
