Fraudulent Calls

Please be aware that customers have received fraudulent phone calls purporting to be from FOCUS Bank’s fraud department. The fraudsters are asking for personal identifying information such as zip code, CVV, PIN number, etc. Our legitimate FOCUS Bank fraud department will call customers, BUT we will only ask you to verify recent transactions. We will NOT ask for personal identifying information. Please DO NOT disclose any personal information – name, phone, address, zip code, card number, account number, CVV or PIN number! WE DO NOT NEED TO ASK FOR THIS INFORMATION, AS WE ALREADY HAVE IT. If you receive these fraudulent calls, HANG UP IMMEDIATELY AND CALL your local branch or CUSTOMER SERVICE at 1-800-464-3150. We will review your card for transactions and have you verify those transactions. If you have given out information, we will need to investigate and determine if your card and/or account should be closed. We must be vigilant and protect our private information at all times. Every time a customer logs in to Online Banking, the new security feature will confirm not only their credentials but also the device they are using. If the system detects a new device or suspicious activity, they may be asked to further verify their identity via a one-time passcode sent to their phone via text or phone call.
To receive your One-Time Passcode via Text, you MUST enter your mobile number in the mobile number field. The system cannot send a text to a home phone/landline. If your mobile and home number are the same, the number must be entered in BOTH the home and mobile fields.

Effective end of business on February 2, 2024, FOCUS Bank will be permanently closing the Hilltop location, 3313 E Johnson Ave. Jonesboro, AR and removing the on-site ITM. All customers may use our 2 other branches and ITM/ATMs located at 2525 Red Wolf Blvd, Jonesboro, AR and 406 Southwest Drive, Jonesboro, AR. FOCUS Bank has been made aware of callers impersonating FOCUS Bank employees and asking for customer's debit card and PIN numbers.
FOCUS Bank will never ask for your card number or PIN as we have this information on file. Please do not provide any information or respond to any text messages as well.
If you are ever in doubt of the legitimacy of the call, please hang up and call the bank directly at 1- 800-464-3150 to speak with a customer service agent. If you are concerned you have been of victim of fraud, please contact the bank immediately!
