If you are experiencing app issues following the Apple iOS 14 release on September 15th, please delete your current app and download the updated version.  Most users will need to update to this latest version to successfully log in with iOS14.  Note:  This is an Apple related issue and should not affect any Android Device customers.

July 13, 2020 UPDATE:

FOCUS Bank would like to thank the community and especially our employees and families as we navigate through this pandemic situation. Over the weekend, the Sikeston branch facility was professionally sanitized and disinfected using cleaning techniques recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) while using products on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) list of disinfectants approved to treat the novel coronavirus that causes the disease COVID-19. We sincerely appreciate our local medical professionals who worked with us to provide COVID testing for all of our Sikeston employees. With these measures in place, the Sikeston Drive-Thru ONLY will be open today, Monday, July 13th, but the lobby will remain closed until further notice.  We appreciate your patience as work to serve each of our customers in the drive-thru during the next few days. Our thoughts and prayers go out to our employees and their families who have been affected by this disease, and we wish them a speedy and full recovery.

July 12, 2020 UPDATE:

FOCUS Bank is saddened to report that 2 employees of the Sikeston branch have tested positive for COVID-19. The Sikeston branch will be closed until further notice. All Centers for Disease and Control (CDC) recommended cleaning and sanitizing measures have been put in place immediately to begin disinfecting the entire facility. All branch employees will be tested and have been instructed to remain quarantined until test results are received. As a precaution, FOCUS Bank encourages all customers who visited the Sikeston branch within the last 10 days to monitor themselves for COVID symptoms and seek medical care if needed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we remain closed to ensure the safety of our employees, families, and the community. April 23, 2020 UPDATE:

A message from Jeff Barker, President and CEO of FOCUS Bank:

As a precautionary measure and for the safety of our employees, customers, and community, we will temporarily be closing the Jonesboro branch located at 2525 Red Wolf Boulevard Effective IMMEDIATELY.  At this time, we have an employee who has been tested for COVID-19 and is home under the 14 day quarantine per CDC Guidelines and is awaiting test results.

In order to minimize the spread of the virus, and for the safety of our staff, we have made the decision to temporarily close the branch to allow for thorough sterilization of the facility.  At this time, the branch will remain closed through Saturday, April 25, 2020 or until further notice.  All employees have been notified and are encouraged to quarantine themselves and seek medical attention for any COVID-19 symptoms.

We sincerely regret this inconvenience and encourage customers to utilize our other Jonesboro branches located at 406 Southwest Drive and 3313 East Johnson Avenue.  Our online banking, Mobile app with remote deposit and ATMs are also great resources for convenient banking.  As always, our customer service center is available by phone at: 1-800-464-3150, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
